Terms of Service — Younovators

1. About these Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of Younovators (the "Service"), operated by Never Mind ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

Younovators is a career-clarity platform offering psychometric assessments, scholarship matching, and counselor support tools. The Service is operated as a B2B-first product: counselors and schools are the primary buyers; students access the Service via access codes provided by counselors.

The Service is provided "as is". Assessment results are intended as a starting point for career conversations, not as final verdicts or guarantees of outcomes.

3. Eligibility & Consent

For users below 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent for use of the Service, in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act 2023). The Service includes a consent flow that captures the guardian's name and relationship.

4. Access codes

Access codes are issued by Younovators to counselors and may be distributed by counselors to students. Each code is single-use and expires 90 days from issue. Codes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to access another user's account or data
Submit false or misleading information
Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Service's content for commercial reuse
Use the Service to harass, exploit, or harm minors

6. Disclaimers

The Service provides educational and career guidance information sourced from official government portals and recognized assessment frameworks. We do not guarantee:

Specific career outcomes, admissions, or scholarship awards
Continuous availability of any third-party scholarship or scheme
That assessment results predict future performance with certainty

The Service is not a substitute for licensed psychological, psychiatric, or career counseling. If you are experiencing emotional distress, please consult a qualified mental health professional.

7. Intellectual property

All content, code, assessment items, and the Younovators brand are owned by Never Mind. Counselors and students receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal/professional career guidance only.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Never Mind shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or registered email.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
